Requesting use of the cafeteria to hold twice monthly Archery Project meetings. Has been pre-approved by Brian Sears. Already on the calendar for the second Thursday of the month, would like to add the fourth Thursday of the month, every month, as well.
Also, we would like to extend the time of both meetings to be 4:30 pm - 8 pm to allow for adequate time for setup and takedown. So, the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month from 4:30 pm - 8 pm. |
