Important Information

• The District has a face-to-face busing procedure for all Pre-K and Kindergarten students. This means that in order for the bus driver to drop-off a student in Pre-K or Kindergarten, there must be an adult visible to the driver at the drop-off location. If an adult is NOT visible at the drop-off location, the student will be brought back to school and the parent/guardian will need to pick him/her up. If there is an older sibling or buddy with the student, a face-to-face is not required with prior written permission from the parent/guardian. This is necessary to ensure the safety and security of our students, especially as weather conditions worsen.
• Buses will not travel on private roads. Pre-K and Kindergarten students must be picked up on the public road nearest their residence.
• Students must have permission to be dropped off at any place other than their primary residence.
• Students living within one mile from the school need not to be transported.
