Tiger Sensory Path

A new addition to our school building this year is our Sensory Path where students can move their bodies when needed to regulate and refocus. This option brings much needed spinning, jumping, pushing, pulling, deep pressure point movements, and tip-toeing which helps with the kinesthetic needs of students and creates focus in synapses. Sensory input is important to all young children, but more highly needed for some. At times, whole classes will go through the Sensory Path and other days or times, an individual student needs movement and refocus in order to be ready to learn. We love taking a walk on our Tiger Path!
