Below are estimated dates and timeline with milestone completion items to ensure that the athletic improvement components stay on schedule.
These dates will be used in our Request for Proposals (RFP)s for contractor bidding:
11/11 - Bid packages released to contractors
11/18 - Job site walk-through/pre-bid meeting
12/9 - Bids due
12/10 - Bid Opening
12/14 - Property Committee Reviews bids
12/21 - Board awards bids
3/29 - Start of building addition construction
5/10 - Start work on athletic parking lot so it is graveled for use as summer parking and staging area
5/10- Planned early start on track and grandstand work
6/4 - Last day of school
6/8 - Main parking lot shut down - start all work on parking lots, drainage and baseball field
6/8 - Start bathroom work at Elementary School 6/4 - Existing grandstand demo completed
6/7 - Grandstand foundation start date
6/18 - Athletic track base and jumping events pavement completed
6/25 - Grandstand foundation completed
7/19 - Track surfacing start date
7/26 - Grandstand structure start date
7/30 - Building addition and adjacent parking area substantial completion
8/13 - Track surfacing final completion
8/13 - Exterior work/parking lot substantial completion
8/20 - Exterior work final completion
8/20 - Grandstand final completion
