Family Access

Family Access Application

In our role as parents and guardians, easy access to up-to-date information about our children is important. The District has available PaC Family Access, an add-on software module of our PaC Student Record program. Family Access allows parents the ability and the tools necessary to share and assist in their child’s school experience. From the convenience of home or work, parents with Internet will have access to:

A detailed calendar providing options to view any excused or unexcused absence in detail.

Class lists and grades—right down to current individual assignments through the teacher’s electronic grade book.

Teacher email links to allow for easier communications between parents and teachers.
Monitor and track exactly how your child’s lunch money is being spent.
View all student contact and emergency information, allowing for more accurate student data.
View health and immunization records.

Other Items to Note:

The above information is available for all your children from one convenient place—even if they’re in separate school buildings.

Each parent is issued their own username and password, ensuring and allowing parents to view only their student’s information.

Sign Me Up!

If you would like to use Family Access, please stop in the Administration office and fill out the sign up sheet. District staff will issue you a password.

It is the policy of the School District of Webster that no person may be denied admission to any public school in this district or be denied participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be discriminated against in any curricular, extra-curricular, pupil service, recreational or other program or activity because of the person’s sex, race, color, national origin, ancestry, creed, pregnancy, marital or parental status, sexual orientation, or physical, mental, emotional, or learning disability or handicap as required by s. 118.13 Wis. Stats.  This policy also prohibits discrimination as defined by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (sex), Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (race, color, and national origin), and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (disability), and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

The district encourages informal resolution of complaints under this policy.  A formal complaint resolution procedure is available, however, to address allegations of violations of the policy in the School District of Webster.
